This is Rum and Ques first of their sauces they have bottled. They thought its just too good not to share.
Derived from their competitions which have bagged them plenty of silverware, they have given this a few tweaks to be used as a dipping sauce for all meats, and if you heat it up a little before use, goes great as a glaze on all sorts of pork cuts, but heavenly on pork ribs.
