A North African medley of highly aromatic and warming spices for use as a rub on meat or fish, in Moroccan Tagines or stews, on vegetables, in couscous, pasta and rice or in a variety of savoury dishes.

This is a well-balanced selection of over a dozen premium spices combined with coconut sugar and high quality NZ sea salt for use as a complete seasoning on large variety of dishes.
