Introducing the Ziggy Elite baking Dish, designed to provide more cooking flexibility of the Ziggy Elite BBQ series. Crafted from durable Vitreous Enamel cast Iron, this baking dish is a multi use accessory, it is great for cooking a small roast and sides, and can even be inverted to cook on the griddled underside for zero flare searing! The 304 Grade Stainless Steel roast rack doubles as a table trivet. Two of these can be used in the bbq simultaneously, paired with a grill, or hotplates .
