Make a double batch, cooking with two Griddles side-by-side or combine with ther Deep Dish Pan for sizzling sausage links on the Griddle to serve alongside your red beans and rice. Use it to make pancakes on the stove and broil steak in the oven.

- COOKING AREA: 1703-square-centimetres of cooking space fitting up to 10 fried eggs, 12 strips of bacon or 40 breakfast sausages.
- DESIGN: This Griddle is custom-designed for use with the Oklahoma Joe’s Marshal Centrebox Smoker. Cook with the Griddle on one side of the cooking chamber and cast-iron grates or Deep-Dish Pan, sold separately, on the other side.
- CONSTRUCTION: This flat, rectangular 16-gauge carbon-steel Griddle is more durable, lighter than cast-iron and easy to manoeuvre. It heats up quickly & evenly and is easy to clean with a drainage slot for grease evacuation.
