Black Out is Rum and Ques black rub specially designed for all cuts of beef especially Brisket.
A specially blended seasoning that creates a flavourful bark on both long and short cooks.
Rub it on at least 2 hours before cooking for a nice flavourful bark.
Preservative and additive free.
