The Smash Ring is made from 6mm hot rolled steel, for even heat distribution and awesome heat retention so you can sear and sauté like a real wilderness chef. The Swing Grill is 6mm 304 Stainless steel for the ultimate balanced heat distribution and controlled cooking surface. You can fuel the fire underneath the grill without removing it to be able to control every aspect of the heat and dynamics of grilling. Note - the hot rolled steel will need to be cared for per cast iron care basics - seasoned properly prior to use and after each use.
